The Loraloma Villas EB-5 project near Austin, Texas, sponsored by HC2 Capital, received USCIS I-956F approval in just three months, backed by a $13.6 million senior loan from 17 investors.

HC2 Capital, a U.S. real estate investment manager and EB-5 sponsor, announced that its Loraloma Villas EB-5 project in Austin, Texas has received I-956F approval from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in three months.

Located in a Rural Targeted Employment Area (TEA) in Burnet County, just 30 miles west of Austin, Loraloma Villas is one of the closest rural EB-5 projects near a major U.S. city, offering investors access to both U.S. residency through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program and exposure to a high-growth real estate market.

HC2 Capital provided a $13.6 million EB-5 senior loan, funded by 17 investors, to support the development of luxury homes within the Loraloma master-planned community.

The Austin real estate market continues to benefit from strong population growth, job creation, and demand for housing, supporting long-term fundamentals for residential development.

The project is developed by Areté Collective and has demonstrated early traction, including pre-sold homes, an operational golf course, and $105 million in committed municipal infrastructure support.

“Receiving I-956F approval in this timeframe reflects both the quality of the project and the importance of disciplined structuring,” said Doug Conner, Co-Founder of HC2 Capital.

The project builds on prior milestones, including I-526E approvals in Phase I, and is fully capitalized with construction underway.
