The Opportunity
Why we invested
Sister project to RISE 34th, Anthem House targeted an underserved niche in the Gainesville market: boutique one- and two-bedroom product for graduate students, medical students, and young professionals drawn by proximity to both the UF campus and the UF Health Shands medical complex. The University of Florida's enrollment growth and the site's SW 13th Street location supported the development thesis.
Our portfolio showcases our ability to uncover unique opportunities, navigate complex transactions, and deliver strong, risk-adjusted returns for our partners.
