The Opportunity
Why we invested
Originally a ground-up development joint venture, the thesis targeted the Denver metro's growth corridor between Central Park and the Anschutz Medical Campus, one of the region's largest employment anchors. Following delivery, the asset was recapitalized in 2024 with a new partner, and HC2 retained its investment as the property works through a heavy-supply Denver market that is now showing signs of turning.
Our portfolio showcases our ability to uncover unique opportunities, navigate complex transactions, and deliver strong, risk-adjusted returns for our partners.
